HERMES Paris. Handbag in burgundy box calfskin, "Constance" model, flap opening, H-shaped buckle closure, shoulder strap with loops, burgundy lambskin interior with compartments and zipper. L. 19.5 cm - H. 23 cm. Good condition. The Constance bag was designed for Hermès by Catherine Chaillet (1933-2024), a young designer in vogue in the 60s. It was named after her fifth daughter Constance when she was born: the same day the bag was launched.
