Pierre SOULAGES (1919-2022) - Joseph DELTEIL (1894-1978) Autograph letter signed Soulages, dated Paris Feb. 2, 1950, with envelope: "Dear friend, we too dreamed of seeing you in Paris and we are disappointed not to have been able to meet you. Your Saint François came to bring us a little of your presence and many memories [...] We are happy to have found you again, in a text charged with so many things crucial to our existence. [...] It won't be long before we become neighbors again [...] we'll be spending several months a year in Sète, where we'll have a house that is currently under construction. (on the envelope in blue pencil "Soulages")
