Proof in slightly green and milky white lined glass. Finely acid-etched decoration of sparrows and umbellifers under snow, entirely enhanced with thick polychrome enamels and gilding on a snowfall background. Signed on the pedestal. Height: 45.3 cm Bibliography: the shape of our vase can be compared with the "Raptor on a pine tree" model in the Kitazawa Museum in Nagano (Japan), whose preparatory drawing is kept at the Musée d'Orsay in Paris under inventory number ARO1986 786.
