60 bottles AOC Limoux TOQUES & CLOCHERS - Clocher VILLEDIEU (Winemaker Alain and Jacques Tribillac, Oceanic terroir) Tasting notes: Eye: pale yellow robe, brilliant, limpid. Nose: good intensity on lemony notes with a peppery touch. Mouth: nice attack, the wine is fresh with lemony and fruity notes. We have a well-balanced wine. Long finish on citrus fruits, with sweetness and sweet spices. Winegrower: The family estate of Le Pensil dates back to the 18th century. At that time, without a flour mill, the estate did not have a vineyard established. From 1850 and over the generations, the wine estate was created by successive purchases of plots of land. Today, Jacques and Alain Tribillac cultivate 45 ha of vines spread over Villedieu (hamlet of Gaja), Pauligne and Pomas. A particularity of the estate is that each parcel of vines is not identified by its location, but by its origin, i.e. the name of the former owner.
