150 bottles AOC Limoux TOQUES & CLOCHERS - Clocher PAULIGNE (Winegrower Marc Gellis, Oceanic terroir) Tasting notes: Eye: pale yellow robe, brilliant, limpid. Nose: fine and delicate with pretty lemony notes. Mouth: nice attack, a fresh wine where lemon and white pepper notes mix together giving relief to the whole. The finish is quite long on acidulous notes. Winegrower : For several generations the family of Marc Gellis has been working the vines in the commune of Pauligne. Today, Marc is at the head of the family estate. He cultivates 10 hectares of white grape varieties in the communes of Pauligne and Gaja and Villedieu. The parcel of Chardonnay Clocher de Pauligne was planted in 1989 in the heart of the estate which is located in the centre of the village of Pauligne.
