60 bottles AOC Limoux TOQUES & CLOCHERS - Clocher LOUPIA (Wi - Lot 90
60 bottles AOC Limoux TOQUES & CLOCHERS - Clocher LOUPIA (Winegrower Marc Sevely, Oceanic terroir) Tasting notes: Eye: pale yellow robe, brilliant, limpid. Nose: beautiful intensity on citrus and lemon notes, with a small note of candied orange giving a sensation of sweetness. Palate: a fresh wine with a nice attack, lively, where we find citrus fruit notes, spices such as grey pepper as well as some floral notes. It is a wine that calls out. The finish is long, at first lemony, and greedy (candied orange), it ends with notes of grey pepper. Winegrower : Marc Sevely is the 3rd generation of a family of winegrowers in Loupia. He settled in 2012 after studying viticulture and oenology at the Lycée Agricole Charlemagne in Carcassonne. At the age of 30, Marc Sevely farms 12 hectares of vines alone and with passion. His father, now retired, comes to lend him a hand when necessary. The current parcel of Clocher was Aramon, cultivated by Marc's grandfather. This parcel was planted with Chardonnay in 2005 by Marc Sevely's father.
