60 bottles AOC Limoux TOQUES & CLOCHERS - Clocher DE GLACE (Winemaker Laurent Lacube and Romain Mirc, Mediterranean terroir) Tasting notes: Eye: pale yellow colour, brilliant, limpid. Nose: open wine where we find notes of white flesh fruits such as vine peach, as well as citrus notes such as lemon. Palate : Beautiful attack, a fresh wine, where notes of lemon and spices (grey pepper) are mixed. The finish is quite long, with fruit and spices. Winegrower: Following the hail in 2018, some winegrowers of the Mediterranean terroir were only able to harvest very little in 2019. At the initiative of the Vignerons du Sieur d'Arques, the remaining production was grouped together under the name of Clocher de Glace, offering a wine of great quality. We make you discover this micro-production thanks to two saved barrels, a blend of different Clochers in a cuvée that will remain an exception.
