Nose: fine and delicate on citrus notes with a hint of exoticism. Palate: beautiful attack on the freshness, the wine is fine and delicate with richness and citrus fruits. It is tense and balanced. The finish is long, with citrus fruit and finesse. Winegrower: Daughter and granddaughter of a winegrower in Conilhac de la Montagne but with an accounting background, Violaine Utéza bought the vines of André Cavaillès at La Serpent in 2017 as a tribute to her grandfather. Among the vines is the historic plot of land at the Clocher de La Serpent. It took him a lot of work with the help of his father to restore the plot to its original state. Violaine Utéza knows a lot about working in the vineyard because she has always helped her parents on the family farm.
